What's included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the campervan, full insurance, all essential camping equipment, and the standard cleaning fee.
What insurance is included?
All rentals include full insurance coverage for the campervan during your trip.
Are there any additional fees or charges?
Some optional extras and additional costs may apply, including bedding and towels, airport transfer from Dublin Airport, motorway tolls, and optional child seats. Any applicable charges are shown during the booking process or calculated after the trip if necessary.

How does the deposit work?
A €1200 security deposit is required before the rental begins. It covers the insurance excess, damages, or additional cleaning if necessary.
If the campervan is returned without damages or extra charges, the deposit is refunded within 24 hours after inspection.
What do I need to pay the balance?
The remaining balance is deducted from the security deposit before the rental begins.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking with a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations are not possible within 30 days of the rental start date.
What are the driving licence requirements for a campervan?
Drivers must hold a valid full driving licence and be at least 25 years old. We accept licences issued in the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, South Korea, and Taiwan.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through our online booking system using the payment methods available on the website.

Where can I browse your campervans?
Feel free to browse our campervans for rent, where you can view available vehicles and check travel dates.
Can I pick up in Dublin and drop off?
No, campervans must be collected and returned to our location. However, we offer an optional transfer service from Dublin Airport to our pickup location.
What does 4 berth mean in a campervan?
A 4-berth campervan is designed to travel and sleep up to four people, with four sleeping spaces and four seats with seatbelts.
What time can I collect and return a camper van?
Campervans can be collected and returned between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Yes. You can find a list of recommended campsites across Ireland at campingireland.ie.
Do I need previous campervan experience?
No, previous campervan experience is not required. An introduction video on our website explains how everything works before your trip.
